Thanks! We always try to make the effort to take pictures; it can be a pain sometimes, but afterwards, you're always glad you did, and often wish you'd taken more. For example, I wish I'd taken some pics of the bushwhack; but really didn't feel like pulling out the camera at the time.

The pictureswere really very good and relayed the exposure and the size of the climbs. It was nice to be able to see the pitches as you described them.

holyshit that is some intimidating-looking ice! Absolutely awesome. It's a far cry from the WI3 stuff that I lead. Very impressive!

Re: holyBelieve me I started out on WI2 and WI3 ice and it scared the crap out of me - as you get stronger and more confident the grades go up.
