Glacial lake paradise
Retezat Mountains are very rich in glacial lakes.

The four bigger ones on this picture (from right to left) are: L. Florica (2090 m), L. Viorica (2070 m), L. Ana (1990 m) and L. Lia (1910 m).

Did the cartographer name the lakes after his 4 girlfriends?

It is a possibility, however I cannot confirm that :) All I know is that they got their names in the 20th century.
