German RouteHi Damavand,
Have your ever climbed this route? How difficult is it? I'm interested in Alam Kuh.

Re: German RouteHi Nurettin , Of course , I climbed this route and if you have rock climbing experience and don't fear from height point , you can climb this route in a good weather in 2.5 ~ 4 hours (or more) . We have climbed this route with heavy backpacks in 5 hours amusement ( 4 persons ) . You can arrange your program for Aug. 2005 . You need a rope and other personal aids ( enough for 2 or 3 person ) . You must start from Alam-Chaal , go to right side of wall and climb to Shaaneh-Kooh peak , when you reach the ridge over that peak , ( you can also round that peak ) you see the route . You better start climbing this route with Iranian climber that they want to climb , because the route has no signs . also , If you decide to do , you can contact me . Re: German RouteHi , German route is a north-west way , between two walls (north wall and west wall ) on the ridge , but near to west wall . At first you can see north wall and probebly you see rock climbers on north wall clearly , and finally you will be near to above the west wall .I will add map of Alam-Kooh mountain ( Takhte-Soleimaan mountains ) .
