Granite and Green and Gray as far as the eye can see...!

From the Ward summit, another view of the wonderful granite making up the Bitterroots. After spending most of the summer climbing in the geologically sedimentary Missions and Glacier N.P., both of which are only a relatively few miles to the north...this is amazing!
