With about 14km the Samaria Canyon is the longest Canyon in Europe. It starts at seaside near the town of Agia Roumeli and goes up to the Omalos plateau which is about 1.250m high.
The narrowest part is about 3m wide and some other parts are hundreds of meters wide. Images
