Living in Jackson for twenty years, and fully into the mountains by then, I've climbed extensively in this range; in my time there I managed to systematically climbed the entire group of ranked peaks and just about every other point in between. to the Gros Ventre after living in the park and the "hustle and bustle" of Jenny Lake. Many trips for camping and multiple summits of Snow King to get ready for the summer season. Also tagged Jackson and nearly the Sleeping Indian (Sheep Mountain).
Spent about a week in this area recuperating from the Wind Rivers and a stormy failed climb of Disappointment Peak. Nice break from the crowds in the Tetons and Yellowstone. Hiking and exploring near Crystal Peak, red cliffs, the Slide and Doubletop, but no summits.
