is this dangerous condition? or every ranges have different conditions? if i see this in sierras is is ok too? beautiful shot. thanks for sharing.

No, not dangerous. This volcano is dormant. This picture was taken from 10,000 feet. The clouds are just fair weather cumulus. I wouldn't be concerned with the clouds until they begin to get dark. Thank you for the comment; Happy hiking.
