Half Dome from a big jet plane
The latitude and longitude are for the location of Half Dome. The plane that I was flying in had just gone over Mono Lake en route to San Francisco.
I was so excited when I saw the mountain through a break in the clouds that I just had to tell someone. Unfortunately, I the French couple sitting next to me had no idea what Half Dome was, and the Sierras weren't on their California itinerary.
