Great picture!You really lose yourself in your passion! I was in a smilar position in the snow once, but not intentionally: I fell head first after a two foot deep posthole!

Re: Good ShotThanks. It was really pretty up there, and the blue Nevada sky added something, I think. If nothing else, it made it a comfortable day.
On this day, the snow was deep at the summit, but 500 feet lower, the snow was almost nonexistent on the south-facing slope (the route I took).

Looks DeepYea, that snow looks pretty deep to me. I can't wait to get out to the spring mountains this winter!
