"hasbeen" abseiling about...

"hasbeen" abseiling about 1960 on my rope plus a rope borrowed from the friendly ranger who was a So. Calif. Rock Climbing Section (Sierra Club) member as was I at the time. Back in the days when the club and the park service was run by mountaineers, not political activists; ah, those were the days! Camp anywhere and leave nothing behind but your footprints.
