Hayden on A Highball V7

Hayden on A Highball V7

Pretty much in the no fall zone, Hayden is commited at this point to either finish or downclimb since a fall, even with pads, would do quite some damage. Mt. Evans, CO 9-27-07. Photo courtesy of... me!

Re: Fantastic

Definately. There are a whole bunch of moderates around here as well, but as far as difficult problems go, there is a large quantity of high quality routes here too. One boulder out here has a V7, V9, two V12s and a V13. Crazyness!!!

Re: Let Me Guess...

You are correct! It was a little scary to watch him do this, but it was also very inspiring at the same time. Bouldering highballs v. soloing? Not too much a difference as far as I am concerned. Thanks for the vote,

Re: Mad picture...

Sorry I did not respond earlier! How are you!? Yeah, this was a crazy climb, the height of the boulder is about 30 feet, plenty high for hard moves as far as I am concerned!
