Hells Gorge Crossing

Where the Copper Ridge Trail crosses Hells Gorge gully. This gully holds steep snow and ice for much of the year, commonly lasting until August or beyond. A slip on this section could be fatal, which is why many people wait until the snow melts (i.e. August, September) before visiting Copper Ridge. Photo taken on July 21, 2014.
