I wonder how many people know about the hole in the rock in American Fork canyon? From just below spill way at mile post 13, I think, you can look down the canyon at the peaks to the right and see a hole in one of them. The story goes about my wife's grand father hiking up to it and seeing a goat in it. My brother in law followed years later, no goat. I have flown past it and got some photos of it. Just another interesting thing about the canyon. The hole is pretty in the center of this cropped photo. The next photo is what it was cropped from.

Nice story

I have a GPS coords for an "arch" near the ridgeline North of Timp Cave Monument, but haven't visited the location. Is it the same spot?

My best guess from my GPS track is that it is at N40 26.9572, W111 43.5514 using DeLorme Topo 6.0
