As Hagen said in his comment, park on the West Virginia side in the gravel parking lot on rt 33 and the maintained trail takes you to the tower via well signed intersections. Only thirty four minutes to the top. Fine views. After this I went to 924 to bounce up another two peaks for the day.

Drove up from Harrisonburg. Took the Shenandoah Mountain North Trail along the ridge to the summit.
