Hinkhouse Peak - snowfield approach

Hinkhouse Peak approaches in the spring are advantaged by snow cover. Later in the season moderate bushwhacking and scree climbing is required to reach the ridge. The usual beginning of a hike up Hinkhouse Peak is the turnoff for the Washington Pass overlook, visible at the top of this picture.
