Historic Mexican Canyon trestle

The historic Mexican Canyon Trestle near Cloudcroft, New Mexico. Constructed in 1899 by the El Paso & Northeastern Railroad, it was the largest trestle along the Cloud Climbing Railroad route and is the only one still standing today. It was used primarily for logging and passenger transport. The last train ran on this trestle in 1947. Photo taken 11/24/07.
