Re: Why?The weather was fantastic! We had to turn because we had spent to much time getting up there. I was not well, so we were walking very slowly. It was late in the season so there we're a lot of crevasses opening in the sun and therefor we needed the time to get down again. Hopefully I can go back some time

Re: Why?I understand. It must really have been hard to turn back that close, but of course that was the wise decision in the situation. I hope you get another chance (in equally fine weather).
