| Bob Bolton, his wife and I made the visit to the top of this one. Bob's wife and I have a common relative, Laurany Huffaker so it was kind of special to both of us to visit this mountain. | |

| Drove it until the road started to get nasty and then just parked and walked to the good road and then on up to the summit. Easy. | |

| I first tried driving along FR-2502, but a large truck near the FR-2505 blocked the roadway and would not let me pass by. The trucker was cutting wood and was going to be there a while, so I had to turn around. I then drove further south along FR-25 to FR-2505, which I followed all the way to the boundary gate. I then hiked uphill through forest rather than take the longer road-hiking option. Shortly after reaching the summit road, I first visited the false summit (not recommended), and then continued along the road to the summit. Unfortunately, my delays made it so I did not make it to the summit until sunset, so many of my photos did not turn out due to poor lighting. :-( | |
