This is a good start. However, just a few more additions and you have a solid page, that is 9 or 10 out of 10.
1) Add route information on the main page. How long are the routes? What is the elevation gain?
2) The links on the page don't go anywhere. What you do is take the links and when you edit the page, use the button above each section that says: insert link. That way, the links will click on the page you are referencing.
Upgraded for now. Put the different routes in Bold type to differenteate between them. Check your spelling throughout. In the routes section, you spell "mountain" wrong. Unfortunately, I do not know how to include live weather reports. The easy thing to do is to go to weather.com, find the nearest city, and add the link.
Very nice page. I was just looking at Hump Mountain for a possible day hike but was looking at another route you didn't mention via the Overmountain Victory Trail. Is this a viable route? Wondered if you had ever been up via this route? -Dan
Sorry I haven't gotten back sooner. Yes, the overmountain victory trail links up with the AT at Yellow Mountain Gap. It would shorten this hike by a few miles. I'll include that route into the page as soon as I can.
is not recommended on US 19-E (commonly known as Bear Branch) This has been the sight of numerous car breakins. I have even seen a car burned there. Go down 19-E and park in someones yard, after obtaining permission of course
Very good point. I think the same can be said about parking at Carver's Gap overnight. I've included a warning on the Hump Mtn. page and will do so for the other pages along the Roan ridge.

Also, do you know how to include live weather reports for nearby cities?
