Hyas Creek Basin

[ Sizes: Orig | Med | Small | Thumb ]
Hyas Creek Basin
This shows the general area of our route. We went up the flattish basin. Then right up whatever snow finger looked best. Then up and eventually to the left of the peak you see here which is East Daniel. On the descent we went back to what is the left in this photo and did a descending traverse until we were clear of all rocks and then we dropped right down to the floor below. With snow this is a good route; without snow you are probably better off on the ridge.
