British Soldier LichenThe pale things with red caps are British Soldier Lichen, a symbiosis of Cladonia Cristatella (a fungus) with Trebouxia Erici (an algae) - the red bits are the spore-forming parts of the fungus.
The spiky green-brown plants are a moss of some kind.
