Ice - Grande Cache Alberta
We had just climbed this two pitch monster free standing column (the second pitch is right above this column) and this picture was taken while I was rapelling it by my partner. We're not sure if this had been climbed before, it rarely forms, and there was no sign of rappel slings at the top. Definitely Grade 5. (photo: G. Cutforth)
