This mysterious green monolith is the primary reason I wanted to climb Zi iob Peak. There is no explanation of why it is so isolated in the Glacier Peak wilderness or what it is for. It appears to be fiberglass and has a solar panel on the south side. Photographed June 16, 2009. Comments |
