Voted 10/10 | Looks like some African peak rising off the plain. It's funny how great little peaks can be. | | Posted Dec 18, 2006 2:23 pm |

Voted 10/10 | I have never seen SP from that viewpoint. Is that looking up Serrano Canyon? | | Posted Apr 29, 2007 12:12 am |
| paleolith | incorrect "seen from" location | | Hasn't voted | The "seen from" location given is obviously incorrect. The photo is taken from the SW corner of Serrano Valley, near where the Serrano Canyon Trail exits into the valley. Several features of Serrano Valley are visible, notably the creekbed running across the bottom of the photo. The old ranch house site is behind the hill which is just right and below the center of the photo. Anyway, the photo is looking down into the creek bed at the bottom of the photo, and this simply does not happen ON the Sycamore Canyon Trail, which follows the bottom of Big Sycamore Canyon.
