James and Mark, a little...
James and Mark, a little tired and hungry... This is our summit shot. It was a little too dark to get the view around us, but we made it!

Only 1 and 1/2 stars?! We may be ugly, but this is a picture of two climbers at their most exhausted yet joyous state at the moment of summiting. I feel it captures the moment and emotions quite well. It's not a 4-star of course, but 1 and 1/2 stars seems so unworthy of the faces of perseverance and tribulation!

""Oh Earth, What changes hast though seen? There where the long street roars, has been the stillness of the centural seas. The hills are shadows, and they melt from form to form and nothing stands. They melt like mists, the solid lands. Like clouds they shape themselves, and go.""   --Tennison (My best recollection.)
