Beautiful !
So we set up camp in the only area available on this forest service road which was approximately 3.5 miles from the summit. Then my dog and I walked to the summit. The walk up the recently graded road was nice. We saw nobody, enjoyed the views, hurried down and beat the rains. Now getting ready to enjoy a night camped in the forest.
The following morning we hiked to the summit of Collar Peak. The trailhead is about 2 miles below Judith Peak along the same road. Beautiful hike in the forest with great views.

Drive Up
I drove up here on a bunch of new snow and it was a little hairy with no tire chains. Slid down the road a bit on the way down but luckily its a good, wide road. Broke out into the sun on top and had some great views! Wish they didn't have electronic sites on nice mountains and range highpoints but, oh well - that's why the road is there.
