Krespenspitze (3620m), Schattenkopf (2654m), Vallüla (2813m) and Bielerspitze (2545m) from the southwest

We're hiking down the Kromer valley at the end of our four day tour, climbing lots of peaks deep in the Silvretta group. Right before that, we spent a couple of day trips, and on one of those I went up there we - that is, up to the Bielerspitze and Vallüla. The Bielerspitze is not easy to spot unless you know where to look: it's the inconspicuous summit on the right of the ridge, with the shadowy slopes and the little snowfield on top. Vallüla doesn't look much higher than the Krespenspitze Schattenkopf, but it's about 1.5 km further away. The Bielerspitze is actually in between, and shortly beyond it, the ridge takes a turn to the left, towards Vallüla. 25 July 2013.
