Great, great!! I will try to quick with Kanin group! :-) I don`t have many time for writing right now, because of school! But it will be made as soon as possible! I will read more carefuly about this page tommorow.
Excellent page Vid, as always!! Everything is here, well written and interesting to read! WW1 is unfortunately big part of these mountains but it is great story to tell. You are lucky not to have mines :-)
Yes, with Jasmina we met some enthusiasts who enjoy gathering relics from the WW1.
It's a nice story, I must tell it now.
Jasmina's grand dad was an officer in the WW1 and he was writing a diary each every day through the four years of war. Very interesting, also amusing, but nobody minded those booklets, until Jasmina discovered them and published as a whole book (its name is: Franc Zupancic - diary 1914-1918). Because of its authenticy it captured quite some attention. And a few years ago on our national TV we had also a series, named 'Gore in ljudje' (Mountains and People). Jasmina was invited to be a TV star, telling the story of her grand dad. So one day we went to Golobar alpine meadow to do that TV series, and with all those local experts of the WW1 it was a true fun to experience these mountains.
Sorry for being so long, but this is a nice story within our family, and Jasmina is so proud of it :-)
Great one again, Vid. Are you intend to add more mountains, mentioned in text (like Batognica etc), in Krn group? Realy, one of the best page (for me). Nice souroundings, views, paths, peaceful summits (Smohor). Great. Thank you ROK

Untitled CommentThanks, Rok, for kind words! I shall add some more mountains, but not right now. I miss better pictures. I was thinking of Lemez and perhaps Lipnik.
