Lactarius deliciosus

Lactarius deliciosus (Saffron Milk Cap or Red Pine Mushroom - Polish : Rydz) is an edible mushroom from the Russulaceae Family. In Poland it is common and it is considered one of the most delicious mushrooms. It tastes best sauteed in butter.
