LeConte Glacier

This is at the base of Leconte's main peak, but not visible in this photo. Although this Ridge of LeConte is really a mulitple Peaks of LeConte, Beckey Book says about 2 miles long. We are looking toward Le Conte Glacier, Old Guard and Sentinel where we are heading today. We would be able to summit Old Guard and descend to White Rock Lakes before dark. Long Dany 8/3/11
