Northwest Ridge
Backpacked in to Bear Valley Lakes, then climbed a few 10ers to the north including Tendoy Peak. Awoke the next morning to an amazing sunrise, then made our way over to Lem Peak. The northwest ridge is no gimme, but class 3. Trip Report
Route Climbed: Southeast Ridge Date Climbed: July 30, 2004
Backpacked into Buck Lake #2 with my friend Brandon and his Dad Roger along with our 3 dogs. I Left camp at 4:15 pm, and reached the summit at 6 pm. Spent about 15 minutes on the summit taking in the views with perfect late afternoon weather conditions. 45 minutes later was down at buck lake #1 to meet the guys who were doing some fishing.

Northeast RidgeBeautiful country and worth the trip. Nine cars at the trailhead. Popular hiking, camping, and fishing area. No one else on the mountain though.
Rick B. - If you are reading this; regarding current Idaho mountain issues - I've got your back.
