Sometimes it is confusing to differentiate between wolf-dog (some people in the USA advertise them as native american breed of dogs) and real pure wolves. Wolves have light eyes, black nose (if there is any pinkish color, it is a mix), very hairy ears, and a narrow chest. And of course they howl, no barking wolves..
