| Skied back in this area in Spring 2012. Again that spring, from Dog Lake we snowshoed up what we thougt was Little Water, only to realized we actually climbed Reynolds. So I returned March 9, 2013 and snowshoed to the summit. Went up from the Deso Lake area, and descended due South to Mill D North Fork. Got robbed of the summit view does to low clouds. | ||

| Relaxing afternoon hike on a hot summer day. The aspen grove near the summit is one of the most surreal and beautiful I've ever seen. Flushed out a family of grouse while bushwhacking back to the trail, and got a earful from the mother. Sorry! | ||

| One of my favorite places to ski, love the trees on the north side. Been there a couple of times in the summer. Its nice to head east and meet up with the Great Western Trail for a loop back into Millcreek. | ||

| I've been putting off this hike for years because I thought it would be totally uneventful. I was wrong. It was a great bushwack from Dog Lake thru the most beautiful and surreal aspen forest then stunning views in all directions from the summit. I'll do it again! | ||

| Bagged this one with Dean on an absolutely awesome day! Didn't put the snow shoes on until we started up the ridge from Dog Lake. Plenty of backcountry skiers. What a great area to experience with great company. Thanks Dean! | ||

| Eric (Imontop) and I had a really great day doing a snow shoe hike up from Dog Lake to the summit and then down and out via a different route (via desolation ridge). Neither of us had sunscreen so I am a bit red from the intense sun we had today. Beautiful day, beautiful area. Thanks to Eric for being a great companion on this one. | ||

| My wife and I hiked during a Crisp day. The snow was just right for gaiters and only saw Bow hunters on the way up and down. A very easy fun hike. | ||

| Climbed Little Water Peak this morning with Matt Van Horn. We started at 5:30 AM and had a nice hike up to the lake, although we did have to avoid human feces on the trail. Who are these people?? From the lake it is a mild bushwhack to the summit and we went through one of the most beautiful aspen forests I have ever seen. It was so green and didn't even seem real. The view from the top is fantastic and Matt had a grand idea that we would just head south and make our way down to the trail coming from Desolation Lake. In theory it sounded great, but it ended up being horrific as we got into thick stinging nettle, shrubs and various other types of bush. Once we were back on the trail we ran back to the trailhead and it was a lot of fun despite the route finding challenges. | ||

| Approached from Mill D North, four laps of delicious storm skiing in Shangri-La and northwest face glades, then the visibility started to improve on the peak so we went there for some views and to check out the northeast face, which was probably too windloaded to ski. The winds picked up furiously, knocked down one of us, and gave all three of us a touch of frostbite so we got off the peak and ridge and went to some trees to stick our faces in our coats for a few minutes, then skied the south face. | ||
