Could be. The peak was about 3704 feet. It's at the end of Anne Road on the west side of 215. On all my topographical maps it's doesn't show the peaks name. Where have you found out these local names? Just from other hikers or have you seen it documented anywhere?

Yep, that's the one. Small, twin-peaked mountain.

Local naming comes about in a variety of ways, but usually, yes, I become aware of a local name when people tell me they've heard the mountain referred to as such. There have also been times when I've summited an unnamed peak and found a register on top with a name in it. "Okay, then that's what I'll call it..."
