Maybe I've seen too much Beavis & Butthead, but, I giggle when I see the name of this one.
I hiked up Long Benchmark in March of 2008 and thought the western summit was higher. How do you know the eastern is higher?
Google Earth.
In Google Earth, I'm seeing an elevation of 6859' at both summits; what are you seeing?
Let me research it. It may take me some time though. Have a lot on my plate. It may have been the topo map, but I will double check.
