I've never seen a photo of Longs from this vantage point, the mountain almost serves as a secondary focal point to the Ships Prow...Nice!

Yeah, great shot! Looks like it was taken in the meadow near the ranger cabin (R.I.P.) , below Chasm Lake. Maybe that is the new cabin visible at lower left?

That's correct Nelson. This was taken at about the halfway point between the new cabin and the outdoor solar privys. The waterfall coming over the bench is run-off from Chasm lake.
