Longs Peak, West Face Routes
These are the approximate locations of routes on the West Face of Longs Peak.
In dry condition the Northwest Couloir is mostly scrambling, with some short pitches of easy 4th/5th class.
The "West Wall" and "West Ridge" are described in some of the older guide books. A friend and I did both routes in one day several years ago. Both are 3-4 pitches of 5.6 - 5.7 climbing of enjoyable climbing on good granite.
