I think you asked me sometime before on SP about the MAzamas BCEP course, is that right or am I totally confused here? If I am right, I guess you took it (the Ellinor/Wash. traverse was a Mazamas climb?) - so what did you think of the course? Who was the group leader? I guess we actually ran into each other on that ridge on Wash. last Saturday. Anyway, talk to you later.

Re: ?Yes, I did ask you about BCEP some time ago and I did end up taking the class. I thought the course was o.k. I would have liked the rock portion of the course to be a little more in-depth. Didn't learn too much there. The snow section was great, a lot of new stuff to me.
I was pretty sure that was you guys on Washington, but not sure enough to risk making a fool of myself. That ended up being a great day. I wish we had done the actual traverse, we had a bit of trouble route finding.
Well next time I run into you guys out there I'll introduce myself.
