Thanks, I decided at the last moment to fly into Portland and joint a group I know, that were spreading Jack's ashes the next day. The day I flew in and the start of the hike it was raining and plain right out crappy. I thought what a waste of money but above 8,000' the sun was shinning and perfect... as you can see in the photo. This was taken around 5:00 am.
