Great post on Lookout Mtn. area. Since the post a parking lot has been installed by Whatcom County Parks on Lake Louise Road... you can't miss it. Restrooms and improved trails are there too. Since it's Whatcom County Parks and not State Parks, you don't even need a Discover pass.
