Both Teats  Sucess!

Side trip whilst returning from a outing to Dicks Peak.
The South Peak was a trivial walkup, the North a short but steep sand slog.

Pics are here.

Lovely splitboard tour  Sucess!

Easy split up with an awesome, corn-filled ride down on the east-facing chutes just to the looker's left (south-ish) of the summit). Don't know what they're called, but they're fun!!

Climbed!  Sucess!

Climbed the south peak with ease. Some great views, easy side trip. If you are on the trail that passes between these peaks, I recommend the side trip.

Route Climbed: South Peak, from Bayview Campground  Sucess!

We were trying for Dicks Peak but turned around due to snow. Tagged this on the way out. Great views, well worth the detour.

Route Climbed: North Peak, from Bayview Campground Date Climbed: August 3, 2005  Sucess!

A nice loop dayhike. Hiked strait up to the south peak from the then forest after descending from the saddle. Followed the saddle on the rocks towards the north peak as well, but my novice group wasnt feeling up to it. Great veiws of southern Lake Tahoe and the Desolation Wilderness.
