Matajur panorama

Matajur is a mountain with one of the broadest panoramas in Julian Pre-Alps. Here we see the massif of Kanin/Canin and before it the longest ridge in Julian Alps, the ridge of Stol - Gran Monte. See how it is stretching like the China wall! And not even the whole ridge is seen on this picture. A considerable part of it is on the right, above Kobarid, and also on the left, where the whole half of it, the Gran Monte part stretches! February 8th, 2010.
