| Rob, Fletcher and I climbed up the west side of the valley draining Fantasia Pond for 3000 feet then crossed to its east side and passed well east of the pond itself. Continued up a gully heading straight for the summit. Summit block is a fun scramble. Last nice day of the year and a dusting of snow blanketed the Enchantments. Some larches still had color. Descended via Crystal Creek and reached the Ingalls Trail just when darkness came. Final 7 miles hike out in dark sucked. 13 hours and 22 miles with 6500 feet gain | ||

| Scramble from Leprechan Lake -- lots more snow than might be expected this late in the season--probably 1/3rd of the trek from the lake to the Prong was on snow. Summit register was found. Beautiful day - I used a summit shot with Snow Lake below as a facebook profile pic for a while. | ||

| Combined with Colchuck, Dragontail, Witches Tower, and Little Annapurna all in the same day. Started from Colchuck trailhead. It was the last peak I did that day and I got on the summit at 8:45pm, just in time to see a spectacular sunset. Incredible view of the whole Enchantments. | ||

| A long hot day with not enough water until we found Fantasia pond. We scrambled up from the pond, following faint boot tracks. Nothing more than class 2 . (or low class 3 spot or two) Unbelievable view of the whole area from the summit. We couldn't find the summit register (I was told there was one) but we didn't stay for more than a few minutes at the summit as the day was getting short and we had no headlamps or flashlites with us (doh). | ||
