Wishing Safe Return

Following the rescue efforts on Mt. Hood... I really hope there is a happy ending to the story. It's obvious mountaineering is something that is near and dear to you and if Mt. Hood was your last summit, i'm hoping your family knows you were truly doing something you loved. Holding out hope.

My prayers are with you and your fellow climbers and your families. The storm was fierce at sea level, and I don't know how you could have survived at 11,000 feet with below freezing temperatures and 135 mph winds. Prove me wrong......
