Oh, dear!

What a great pic for the Back in the Day album!

I'm not sure which I enjoy more: The fact that you're climbing completely unprotected...or the era-appropriate fashion displayed in the photo!

"The water's gone; the land is dry! Why do you wear your pants so high?"

Thanks for sharing!

Re: Oh, dear!

Many are the times I've said that !! Though I'm not too high here. In fact I've been in great danger even with a rope - a 70ft ledge traverse I did in N. Wales. The centre runner came off and there I stood prayin' like Coyote in Road Runner with a wall waiting as reception.

Hahaha, nice verse: Pants are so high 'cos I growd out of them. Sorry butt lycra wasn't around then. The best I can do is Long Johns !!

Hum...

Your left foothold looks quite not reliable...
Good pic.

Re: Hum...

Hi Fabrizior.
I never noticed that !! Though I'm not surprised with the old worn out and bendy Kletteshoe I'm wearing. Still, the Arran Gabro rock has incredible coarse friction.
Ciao, Ray
