Great climb in the snow. Awesome views of the Long's/Meeker Massif as well as into IPW.
Very windy day. After getting back home we found out that the Niwot Ridge weather station a few miles south of Meadow, measured 85 mph winds during the time we stood on the summit.

Nice snowshoe on a perfect (though windy) December day. Met up with fellow SPers for a mini-gathering: brenta, Nelson Chenkin, georgbetsy, pksander, and four others. A nice, leisurely climb up to the saddle, ditched the snowshoes, and continued on foot up the summit cone. Great views, moderate temperatures, and fine company.
