Memorial plaques..

..found at this overlook make you realize that others died here when their plane failed to clear the mountain in bad weather. The plaque on the left has the names of the crew and the plaque on the right describes the accident. In the distance you can see Black Pine Mountain, a mountain that I'd like to climb when I get the chance. 8-14-06
