Even the mightiest rivers start as a single drop of water! This is taken around the headwaters of the Rio Grande near Stony Pass in Colorado. This is the Rio Grande itself, not a tributary, about 1 mile below the Continental Divide between Canby Mtn and Sheep Mtn. July 18, 2010.
