View from somewhere between 4600 and 4700m on the 3 Mounts traverse. The nearby peak in the middle is Mont Maudit (4465m). Although the name of the route suggests otherwise, the 3 Mounts traverse does not actually go over the summits of Mont Maudit and Mont Blanc du Tacul, it just traverses their slopes. 11 July 2013.
