Here, I'll be the first one. Again a very impressive page. And at the end - the overall page of Sardinia comes ;o)

Thanks Vid! I'm still struggling with the Sardinia map! But it will be rather a northeastren map and there'll be no special page for it. Rather one for the "Getting There" sections.
Great work as usual. I didn't think you were an average hiker, however!

Thanks Nelson! Yes average is just about correct. We just don't do anything else in our vacations so I end up with 700 picts in two weeks. Call it addiction to SP ;-)
Gangolf... the pace you have set yourself is startling.... nice work yet again my friend.

Thanks Tim! I'm afraid some addiction to SP has kicked in. Like taking a picture and thinking "this will be the sig pic of my new page" - or hiking through a gorge and in you mind compose the overview section of the next page. Or whenever I have some time off - meaning my girlfriend is somewhere else - writing another page.
I suppose I'll have to slow down - otherwise Sardinia will be covered in two weeks and what am I supposed to do then?
So I'm planning to do some Inline Sakting tonight. No new page today ;-)

Thanks, Maria Grazia! Livio has come up with the first names for the domes: Punta Muntialvu 901 m and Montalvu 995 m. We're both not quite sure and I need to look at the AI map to see if this could be correct (from the heights).
...and this time, in addiction, the mystery of the two unnamed Domes!
If there aren't other reasons ( prohibition to photograph military installations, for example), an image of the highest point of Monte Limbara could be added, also if without any chance to begin the Photo of the Week;-) , to satisfy the curiosity of SPers like me!

Untitled CommentAnother granite dome. Stark. There are several along my stomping grounds I need to list.
